Q- Why should I transfer my Analog tapes to DVD?

A- Analog tapes typically have a shelf life of 12-15 years.AFTER THIS TIME  If the tape is not rewound at least once a year the tape may not be usable again,  drop outs occures and prevents the ability to be watched for generations to come.
We use the BEST DVD MEDIA in the market which has 100 Years life time
WE NEVER USE INEXPENSIVE MEDIA THAT GETS OXIDE IN COUPLE OF YEARS
Q- Why your company is different than the others?

A- 10-12 Years ago camcorders weren't as advance as today and of course their recording quality. in Today's technology when transfering those tapes to DVD we pay utmost attantion to correct colors, brightness, details of the picture and audio adjustment.
In order to do this we use High Quality color corrector, audio mixer, industrial grade reference monitors with blue check function to calibrate and to see the true colors to be corrected before to transfer to digital format. This operation takes time, investment and experience...

Q-There are many duplication companies in the market.   Why should I choose yours? 

A- There is no too large or too small job for us. We pay utmost attention to any orders we recieve from our custemers.

We use BEST MEDIA in the market which provides error free duplication and photo quality print on its face. We do not use inexpensive media gets oxide in couple years and we do not compromise our quality just to save couple pennies.

Q-Do you transfer or duplicate copyrighted TV programs, movies, etc..?

A-Absolutely not. We strictly follow copyright laws. Any copy righted material containing TV shows, movies or audio CD's will not be transferred or duplicated by our company.Master tape sent to us  will be returned to the owner at their own expense.

 Q-Do you create custum chapters and picture menu DVD
 
A- Yes we do, simply, chapters will provide you easy navigate of your DVD that not possiable to find in VHS or any analog tapes

Picture menu creation which is called "Authoring" is done as the last step before creating your finished DVD.  It creates an interactive and colorful DVD menu which allows you to select different scenes from your DVD.  This feature is not available with analog tapes.
Q- Why is it very important to use high quality equipment when converting tapes from NTSC to PAL system or vice versa?
 
A- This process is far more complex than putting 2 VCR's together and converting from  one system to another.  As a brief explanation, it is a process to convert 525 TV lines to 625 European TV lines or vice versa.  If the proper equipment is not used when converting the video, motion artifacts may occur and brightness and color temperature  will change and  as a result the colors will fade out.  Our high end MOTION COMPENSATION converters are the same ones in use by some major TV stations  will correct and eliminate the above problems and time base corrector (TBC)we use will correct time base error when transfering video.    
Q- How do you transfer analog signal to digital? ?
 
A- When transferin video signal to another signal normaly time base error accured. First we corerect this error using industrial quality TIME BASE CORRECTOR.We also use High Quality DIGITAL CONVERTER to provide best quality possiable when transfering to digital format.
we NEVER USE "DVD VHS" all in one units, altough this combo decks will correct time base errors,since is designed for consumer market,will not allow TO CORRECT THE COLORS AND TO CONTROL AUDIO LEVELS
 
Q- How do I choose  background printing options and different packaging
options?
 
A- We have hundreds of DVD labels and box covers to choose from. Please tell us your theme and we will e-mail you samples. If you chose to send your own background to us please send it in the following formats: JPG TIFF PSD CSS
 
Q- How do I send and recieve my master disc/tape and duplicated DVD's?

When you send 3 or more master tape/disc for video transfers with UPS or FEDEX as standard ground shipping, we will deduct your shipping cost (on sending/returning) from the total amount of your order. When the order is complete we will return your duplicated media along with your master source to your address.
