FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q- Why should I transfer my
Analog tapes to DVD?
A- Analog tapes typically have a shelf life of 10-15
years.AFTER THIS TIME If the tape is not rewound at least once a
year the tape may stick together and prevent the
ability to watch it for generations to come.We also use BEST MEDIA in the market has 100 Years life time
Q-
Why your company is different than the others?
A- Lets's face it; 10-12 Years ago camcorders weren't as advance
as today and of course their recording quality.
Today, when transfering those tapes to DVD, first the colors, brightness,
details of the picture and audio must be enhanced. In order to do this we use High Quality color corrector, audio mixer along with industrial grade reference monitor with blue check function to calibrate and to see the true colors to be corrected before to transfer to digital format.
This operation takes time, investment and experience...Our work is far beyond to put two VCR's together and saying we are in business
Q-There
are many duplication companies in the market. Why should I
choose yours?
A-We have extensive broadcast knowledge and many years of
experience. Our studio has been
outfitted with the best equipment on the market in order

satisfaction. From error free duplicators to recording decks, from
DVD printers to professional color correction capable monitors all the equipment was
selected with professionalism in mind.

copyrighted TV programs, movies, etc..?

copyright laws. Any material containing TV shows, movies or audio CD's will
not be transferred or duplicated by our company. Any
tapes, DVD's or CD's containing copyrighted materials will be
returned to the owner at their own expense.
Q-What
is encoding, transcoding and authoring?
A- To explain
simply, encoding is a taking video signal and compress to MPEG-2 format
Transcoding is;Edited and color corrected digital files to live your computer
and ready for authoring process
Authoring is done as the last step before creating
your finished DVD. It creates an interactive and colorful
DVD menu which allows you to select different scenes from your
DVD. This feature is not available with analog tapes.
Q- Why is it
very important to use high quality equipment
when converting tapes from NTSC to PAL
system or vice versa?
A- This
process is far more complex than putting 2 VCR's together and
converting from one system to another. As a brief
explanation, it is a process to convert 525 TV lines to 625 European TV
lines. If the proper equipment is not used when converting
the video, motion artifacts may occur and brightness and color temperature will change and as a result the colors will
fade out. Our high end MOTION COMPENSATION converters
are the same ones in use by some major TV stations and help
eliminate the above problems. Our SYNC IN /GEN LOCK capability converters allow
us to adjust vertical and horizontal parameters and the time base
corrector (TBC) will correct time base error when transfering video.
Q- How do you transfer analog signal to digital? ?
A- When
transferin video signal to another signal normaly time base error accured. First we corerect this error using industrial quality TIME BASE CORRECTOR.We also use High Quality ANALOG TO DIGITAL CONVERTER to provide best quality possiable when transfering to digital format. WE NEVER USE "DVD VHS" ALL IN ONE UNITS altough this combo decks
will correct time base errors UNFORTUNALY WILL NOT ALLOW TO CORRECT COLORS AND TO CONTROL AUDIO LEVELS

options?
